Joshua Netburn was our third general contractor for projects on this home and he far outshone his predecessors.
His attention to detail and organization were very impressive. From initial planning through demolition,
construction, and finishing, he was consistently present and moving the project forward. His subcontractors
were highly professional and respectful of our family as we continued to live at home throughout the project.
Attention to details is one of Joshua's strongest attributes. He always made sure that we were satisfied
with each step along the way. We had prepared ourselves for the usual mess, dust, and debris of remodel
projects and were pleasantly surprised when the active living spaces were carefully sealed off from the
project, shoe covers were worn before entering clean areas, and the entire job site was organized and
swept clean at the end of the workday. Joshua often went "above and beyond" expectations. For example,
when a heavy thunderstorm struck on a weekend, Joshua was on site on an early Saturday morning with
additional tarps to protect the site.
In summary, Joshua Netburn and Clearspan Carpentry exceeded our expectations. We had total confidence
in him throughout the project and were delighted with the improvement in our home. We will be happy
to work with him on any future projects.

Kitchen remodel. Sounded pretty intimidating, surely not a fun way to
spend the summer. Fortunately, we found Clearspan Carpentry through a friend

when discussing the job bid. We decided to go with Clearspan and have
absolutely no regrets, I can even say it turned out to be a low stress,
