A 4300 square foot home with a 1000 sq. ft. garage was completed in the Spring of 2006. All corbels, architectural trusses and front entry posts and beams are solid douglas fir, milled in Montana. This house has five different ceiling heights on the first floor alone, and two heights for floors and ceilings on the second floor. The framing on this home required a 35 foot long hip overbuild. All exterior trim is finger joint pre-primed cedar shipped in from a specialty lumber yard in Portland, Oregon. The siding is textured Hardiplank with an 8" reveal.
